Check-in is guaranteed every day from 3 pm. Before this time you can leave your luggage in custody, register your documents and receive tourist information along with city maps.

Access to the room before 3 pm is subject to availability at the time; if the room is already available, arriving guests will be able to take possession of it immediately. If, however, it is free but waiting to be cleaned and sanitized, the reception staff will take care to speed up the operations or find a new equivalent accommodation that is already free.

Check-out is by 12 in the morning. If you need to leave after this time, please notify the reception in advance.

In this case there is a late check-out service which, based on the availability of the day, allows guests to leave the room beyond the scheduled check-out time; it is a paid service that must be agreed in advance with the reception.

The Executive Hotel has a three-floor covered garage, open 24 hours a day, where you can park your car at an extremely convenient price compared to the competition. We recommend that you communicate the need for a parking space at the time of booking.

In order to park a van in our garage, it must not exceed 2.20 meters in height and 5.60 in length. If the vehicle exceeds these dimensions, it is not possible to access the ramps but it is possible to leave it in the loading and unloading area of ​​the hotel. We recommend that you communicate the dimensions of the van at the time of booking.

Inside our garage there are two Tesla charging stations for a fee, available 24 hours a day only for hotel guests. The service is available upon reservation with an extra cost.

You can park your car in the hotel garage before check-in on condition that you have a reservation for the same day at the hotel.

To make a reservation, a credit card is required as a guarantee. No charges will be made unless otherwise agreed with the cardholder. The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization equal to the amount of the first night as a guarantee; the pre-authorized amount will be deducted from the total stay or, alternatively, released in the event that you wish to settle the bill with another means of payment.

It is possible to use a prepaid credit card for the reservation provided that it allows the hotel to make a pre-authorization equal to the amount of the first night as a guarantee.

We accept all major international payment circuits: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, CartaSi. In addition, thanks to Hotel Payment Studio, the new online payment system by Best Western, you can pay for your stay in advance, limiting contact at the reception.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and at the Executive Hotel, we offer you a rich buffet to choose from many varieties of products: cakes of the day, fresh croissants, pancakes, waffles, Nutella, cold cuts, sliced ​​meats, juices, coffee and much more…

If breakfast is not included in the rate when booking, it can be added for a small fee during check-in at the hotel.

The hotel does not have an internal restaurant but we are located in the most famous neighborhood of Turin for the wide choice of restaurants, San Salvario. Our staff will be happy to suggest the best options according to your tastes.

The maximum number of people who can stay in our rooms is three in triple rooms, two in double rooms, one in single rooms.

In order to protect the safety of guests, the tranquility of a peaceful stay and privacy, it is not possible to rent meeting rooms, common areas or rooms to organize private parties.

The use of photographs or videos that portray the interior of the hotel, the name and/or possibly members of the staff or other guests is permitted only with the explicit written consent of the hotel and the people filmed. Otherwise, the Executive hotel reserves the right to protect its image, the privacy of its employees and guests through legal channels.

All guests staying at the hotel must be adults with the exception of minors accompanied by relatives within the 1st degree.

We offer four spacious rooms to guests with motor disabilities, with bathrooms equipped with supports and an alarm system directly connected to the reception. We invite you to contact us before making a reservation to check the availability of this specific type.

Minors accompanied by their parents or relatives within the first degree, and in possession of an identity document, can stay without special permits. In the event that a minor wishes to stay in the hotel together with another adult, who is not part of his/her family unit, he/she must present to the hotel a written and signed permission from the parents attached to an identity document and a contact of the same, before or during the check-in procedures. We try to meet the requests of our guests with flexibility and punctuality. Changing the number of people in a room depends on the type of room: for example, if a double room has been booked, it is not possible to add a third person. In this case, it is necessary to make a room change subject to availability, with a difference to be paid.

You can change and add more nights to your stay directly at the reception desk, subject to room availability in the days following the scheduled departure. Your presence at the hotel does not constitute any right of pre-emption or special pricing on the room on the days you wish to add.

We offer our guests a wellness area with a hot tub, sauna, shower and bathrobes, designed to ensure relaxation and privacy after a long day of work or sightseeing. The service is available only upon reservation and for a fee.

Our Executive Rooftop offers an oasis of relaxation and escape from the daily routine, thanks to the ultra-modern solarium and the refreshing jacuzzi (with heating system for cooler days) with a 360° panoramic view of the city. Access to the Rooftop is available only for hotel guests in the summer.

All the rooms in our hotel are designed to have as much natural light as possible from the large windows while, inside the bathrooms, large and elegant showers have taken the place of bathtubs.

To ensure a healthy stay without residual odors, all rooms of the Executive hotel are smoking free. In the external areas for the exclusive use of guests, such as the Executive Rooftop, you can smoke freely.

All our rooms are furnished with completely hypoallergenic light parquet.

The Executive Hotel is located outside the ZTL area, less than 1 km from Turin’s central station, Porta Nuova, and easily reachable by metro from Porta Susa. It is easily reachable by car thanks to the A6 Turin-Savona motorway and the European Route E70 which connects some of the main European capitals.

The hotel is about 600 meters from Turin’s central station, Porta Nuova, which can be reached on foot, by taxi or by subway. The Porta Susa and Lingotto stations, the second and third stations respectively, can be reached in a very short time thanks to the subway line, less than 200 meters from the hotel.

The nearest hospital is the Mauriziano Umberto I hospital, less than 1.5 km away. Within a radius of 3 km from the hotel is the City of Health and Science of Turin, the largest healthcare center at national and European level, which includes the Molinette emergency room-hospital, followed by the San Lazzaro dermatology hospital, the Sant’Anna obstetric-gynecological hospital and the Orthopedic Trauma Center (CTO).

Just 800 meters away, in the same neighborhood as the hotel, San Salvario, is the Department of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology. On the opposite side, but still just 2 km from the hotel, after a short walk you will find the Polytechnic University of Turin, a university center of international importance. The headquarters of the main humanistic studies, known as Palazzo Nuovo, is about 2.5 KM away. Lastly, we point out the Einaudi Campus, home of political-jurisprudential studies, which is located just 3 KM from the hotel. All the faculties indicated can be reached by a single public line that stops near the hotel.

In the event that the impossibility of reaching the hotel on the day indicated in the reservation is communicated within the cancellation limits, the reservation will be modified in accordance with the conditions of the same.

All reservations require a credit card as a guarantee, but with the exception of non-refundable reservations, refundable rates do not require a charge before check-in. However, the hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization equal to the cost of the first night as a guarantee in the event of late cancellation.

All reservations, whether made directly with the hotel or through intermediary sites, have a cancellation policy, i.e. a limit within which it is possible to cancel or modify the reservation free of charge.

A special case is that of non-refundable rates that require full payment of the amount at the time of booking and are not refundable in any case, except in cases of force majeure. In any case, we invite you to contact us by email for more information.

Each Best Western Rewards card is nominative and can be used exclusively by the person who signed up for it: this means that anyone who wishes to obtain points and book while taking advantage of the benefits of the rewards program must go to the hotel in person for the stay.

The timeliness with which the hotel is informed by telephone or email of the problem related to the means of transport is essential. In cases where a reservation of more than one night is not checked in on the date indicated as the start of the stay, the hotel is available to keep the room on stand-by until 11:00 the following day. After this time, if no communication has been received, the hotel will collect the expected penalty and cancel the reservation.
